Refund & Returns


Items can be returned within 30 days from the date the customer receives the order. 

All returned items must be properly packed in their original packaging and in the same condition they arrived with the customer otherwise they will not be accepted. If the customer requires replacement packaging please contact 01606 592586. Replacement packaging is chargeable. 

Goods that have been ordered in error or simply surplus to requirements will be subject to our standard restocking fee of 30% (if we collect the items) or 20% (if the customer returns the items to us).

Goods returned due to a mistake on our part will of course be credited in full and will not be subject to a restocking fee, we will also cover any standard postage costs incurred. Should you require replacement products rather than a refund, we will also cover the cost of redelivery. 

Provided the goods have not been specifically made to your specification or personalised to your request, you have a right to cancel your order before despatch or within 30 days after the date of delivery.

You may wish to request a copy of our Returns Form by contacting the telephone number below. Please complete the form and enclose it with the goods giving relevant order details and dates, plus a brief description of the reason or reason's for the return.

Assuming that our refund & returns policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.
